WA Rental Bonds Data 2023 - Current

Monthly anonymised rental bonds data for Western Australia includes three CSV files each month:

For each month there are three csv files:

Bonds By Postcode Summary a number of bonds held by postcode.
Monthly Bond Lodgement Summary a list of all bonds lodged for the month including date, locality name, postcode, and weekly rent.
Monthly Bond Disposal Summary a list of all bonds released for the month including disposal date, postcode of the rental property, amount paid to tenant, amount paid to lessor, and the number of days the bond was held.

These data are released by the Government of Western Australia under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) licence.
